SOFTWARE REFUND POLICY:
A FREE TRAIL period of 30 days for all our software applications shall be duly provided. Post Free trial period no refund shall be made available neither any receive of our services or product.
The minimal installation amount for software in systems are subject to the deductions and rest of the amount from total amount shall be refunded provided the you have informed duly and within the time frame of 30 days. Post intimation of cancellation and refunds are not entertained by us.
We encourage the customer to try the product or services and continue with the services of the company understanding its compatibility with your businesses and for your better buying decisions.
SERVICES REFUND POLICY
Bright Horizon Digital Marketing declares that the applicability of the terms and conditions for the services shall be provided as per the terms of proposals on case-to-case basis duly acknowledged by the user or customer and sealed or stamped by Bright Horizon Digital Marketing at the time of purchase of services.
We may revise the packages and amend the terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. The same shall be intimated timely.
